Every route, both trips, on one screen
A bus does not run once a day. Each route carries its morning trip and its afternoon one side by side, each with its own bus, driver and conductor — and the office can see at a glance which of them has actually started.

Build a route on a real map, not a spreadsheet
Drop the stops in order and the road path between them is measured for you — distance, duration and a pickup time for every stop, from the speed and waiting time you set. Drag a stop to reorder it and the times follow.

Add a child, and the nearest stops come to you
Type the address and the dashboard finds the stops closest to it, each with the walking distance, the walk in minutes and how many seats are left on that bus. The best one is recommended; the decision stays with the school.

Where every bus is, right now
One map for the whole fleet, each bus with its speed and its route, and a panel listing which are on route, which are at a stop and which are idle. Ten seconds of it moving says more than any description.

Who rode the bus, and who said they would not
The register fills itself from the boarding scans. Morning and evening are separate, each with the time on, the time off and who recorded it — and a child whose parent told the school beforehand is counted apart from one who simply did not come.
- Filter by student, class, bus or date; export the lot to Excel.
- “Absent · informed” and “absent · no word” are different columns, because they are different problems.
- The rate is over days the bus actually ran, never over the calendar.
And what the family sees
Parents get their own child and nothing else: the bus on a map, the stop it is heading to, and how far away it is. Boarding and drop alerts arrive as notifications, so nobody has to watch the screen to know.
